What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the boundaries of what a VPN can honestly do.
These terms form the agreement between you and Denis Holdex s.r.o., registration 00 000 001, registered at 1180 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 2400, Atlanta, GA 30309, United States. They apply from the moment credentials are issued to you.
If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Access is granted by request rather than by self-service registration. You submit a request, we review it, and if we accept it we issue credentials to the email address you gave us. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
Credentials are personal to you or to your organisation. Sharing them outside the device or seat count on your plan, reselling access, or publishing them anywhere is a breach of these terms.
Keep your credentials secure. If you believe they are compromised, tell us and we will rotate them at no charge.
New members receive 14 days of full access at no charge and with no payment instrument required. The trial covers the entire network rather than a restricted tier.
One trial is available per member. Requesting repeated trials under different addresses to avoid payment is a breach of these terms and we may decline further requests.
Your price is confirmed in writing before anything is charged, and the figure quoted is the figure billed. Terms renew automatically at the same rate unless you tell us otherwise, and we email you before each renewal.
A full refund is available within thirty days of your first charge, for any reason. After that we prorate the unused remainder of your term.
Prices for new terms may change. We give at least thirty days written notice, and you may cancel before the new rate applies.
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to scan, probe or attack systems you do not control, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, to distribute material depicting the abuse of children, or for any purpose unlawful where you are or where our server sits.
You are responsible for what you do while connected. Privacy is not immunity, and we will terminate accounts used for the conduct described above.
The service encrypts your connection and replaces your visible address. It does not make you anonymous to a service you sign into, it does not defeat browser fingerprinting or tracking cookies, and it is not a substitute for endpoint security, strong passwords or two-factor authentication.
It does not grant rights to content you are not otherwise entitled to access, and it is not a guarantee that any third-party service will accept a connection routed through us.
We target the uptime published on this site and we invest in the hardware to meet it, but no network is uninterrupted. Maintenance, upstream faults, local regulation and force majeure can all interrupt service.
Where an interruption we caused materially deprives you of the service, tell us and we will credit the affected period.
You may cancel at any time by writing to us, and we will confirm in writing. Access continues until the end of the term you have paid for unless you ask for a prorated refund where you are eligible.
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where we are legally required to. Where the circumstances allow, we give notice first.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to members at least thirty days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
