Privacy Policy

The shortest honest version: we collect what is needed to reply to you and to open your account, and nothing about what you do once connected.

01What this policy covers

This policy explains what Denis Holdex s.r.o. collects when you use this website, when you send us a request, and when you connect to our network. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, and if anything here is unclear you can ask a coordinator to explain it in plain terms.

It applies to this website and to the applications we issue to members. It does not apply to third-party services you reach while connected, which run their own policies.

02What we do not record

We keep no record of your browsing history, the destinations you connect to, your DNS queries, the addresses assigned to you, your connection timestamps, your session durations or your per-session bandwidth.

Our servers boot from a signed read-only image into volatile memory and carry no writable disk. There is no connection log to hand over, because there is no medium on which one is written.

03What we do hold

When you send a request through this site we receive the name you give us, your email address, your stated device count and regions, the message you write and the address your request came from. This exists so a coordinator can reply to you and open your account.

For members we hold an email address, the plan and term you agreed to, and the credentials issued to you. We do not hold a postal address, a phone number, an identity document or a date of birth, because we never ask for them.

Payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the instrument for reconciliation. Full card numbers never reach our systems.

04How long anything is kept

Request correspondence is retained while your account is open and for twelve months afterwards, so that a returning member can be recognised without starting over. Financial records are held for the period our tax obligations require.

Ask us to delete your account data and we do so within thirty days, except for records we are legally required to retain. You will receive written confirmation once it is done.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose member information to advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies. This site carries no advertising network and no third-party tracking pixel.

We share information only with the processors we need to operate: our email delivery provider, our payment processor and our hosting providers. Each is bound by contract to process data solely on our instructions.

06Lawful requests

If we receive a valid legal order we comply with it to the extent we are able. In practice we are able to supply very little, because connection data is never recorded in the first place, and we will say exactly that in response.

Where we are permitted to notify you of a request concerning your account, we will.

07Cookies and analytics

This site sets one strictly necessary cookie to protect its forms against cross-site submission. It contains no identifier tied to you and expires when you close your browser.

We run no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.

08Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority if you believe we have handled your information improperly.

09Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we notify members by email before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page. The revision date below always reflects the current version.
