FAQ

The questions we are asked most often, answered in full. If yours is not here, the form at the bottom reaches the same coordinator.

Access and accounts

Because every account here is opened by a person. You send a request, a coordinator reviews it, prepares the account and replies with your credentials. It keeps the member list small enough that support stays fast, and it means no account details are ever generated or displayed on a public page.

Every request is answered within one business day. In practice most requests sent during our published hours are answered the same working day, and business deployments receive a short written note before the credentials themselves.

An email address, roughly how many devices you want to cover and which regions matter to you. We never ask for a name, a postal address, a phone number or an identity document at any stage.

The download links come in the same reply as your credentials, tied to the platforms you told us you use. We do not publish direct links on the site, which keeps the current signed build the only build in circulation.

Send a request from the address you originally used and ask for a reissue. We rotate the key, invalidate the old one and reply with the new details, usually within the same business day.

Privacy and security

We keep no record of connection timestamps, assigned addresses, session durations, bandwidth per session, DNS queries or destinations. Our servers run from volatile memory and hold no writable disk, so a reboot destroys state that never reached storage in the first place.

AES-256-GCM on OpenVPN and IKEv2, ChaCha20-Poly1305 on WireGuard, in both cases with perfect forward secrecy so a future key compromise cannot retroactively open past sessions.

It makes your connection private, which is a different thing. Your provider and the networks in between can no longer read your destinations, but an account you sign into, a browser fingerprint or a tracking cookie still identifies you to that service. We are honest about the boundary rather than selling past it.

Plans and billing

Every request starts with a free 14-day trial of the full network. Nothing is charged until you have tested the speed, the regions and the apps on your own devices. No card details are taken to begin, and the trial is the full network rather than a limited tier.

Yes, in either direction, at any point. Write to us and the change is applied to your existing credentials, with the difference prorated against the time you have already paid for.

A full refund is available within 30 days of your first charge, for any reason, with no exit questionnaire. After that period we prorate whatever is left of the term.

Yes. Business seats are priced per deployment rather than off a fixed list, and organisations above 25 seats are quoted individually. Ask on the form and a coordinator will come back with a written figure.
